RETURN POLICIES

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, has 14 days (including weekends) to request a return authorization.

The return is charged to the customer and will involve an expense of € 5, deducted from the total amount of the refund.

The customer must contact the Customer Service (info@marinafossati.com) to request the return authorization. The Customer Service itself will provide directions for organizing the collection by the courier.

Returned items must be in perfect condition: they must never have been worn. In the event that the item received is defective, please contact the Customer Service immediately (info@marinafossati.com) and send photographic evidence of the defect. Items returned in conditions other than those in which they were shipped (e.g. used, dirty or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

The customer will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the return. The refund method will be the same in the case of payment made with PayPal or Credit Card.

The timing of receipt of the refund for payments by credit card is a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 10 days, depending on the banking circuit.

In the event that the payment was made by bank transfer, please contact the Customer Service (info@marinafossati.com) with the order references and bank account details.
